The short version
THAW: Keep the Fire Alive does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The game plays fully offline.
Data the app stores
All game progress (chapters, embers, Hearth upgrades, settings) is saved locally on your device in the app's own storage. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you delete the app.
Permissions
The game requests no device permissions. If you connect a Bluetooth game controller, iOS handles that connection; the game uses it only for input.
Children
Because the app collects no data and shows no advertising, it is safe for all ages. The app is rated 4+.
Changes
If a future version of the game ever changes how it handles data, this policy will be updated and the change will be noted on this page before that version ships.
